When researching a property, check the applications around its exact location and their current stage. This four-area snapshot counts development-application records filed in a defined 90-day window. It includes all application categories and cancelled records. One application is not a count of homes, and a recorded status does not establish completed construction.
49 application records passed the identifier and population checks. Beltline: 9; Bridgeland/Riverside: 4; Bowness: 24; Cranston: 12. The table preserves the City's status labels rather than grouping a proposal, pending decision and release into one approval count.
| Municipal assigned area | Application records | Recorded source statuses |
|---|---|---|
| Beltline | 9 | Cancelled: 2; In Circulation: 2; New: 1; Pending Release: 1; Released: 3 |
| Bridgeland/Riverside | 4 | Hold: 2; In Circulation: 1; Under Review: 1 |
| Bowness | 24 | Application Received: 1; Cancelled: 3; Hold: 4; In Advertising: 1; In Circulation: 5; New: 1; Pending Decision: 1; Released: 7; Under Review: 1 |
| Cranston | 12 | Cancelled: 2; In Advertising: 3; In Circulation: 1; Pending Decision: 1; Released: 2; Under Review: 3 |
For a property decision, open the actual application in the City's Development Map, read its plans and status, and check the relevant decision or permit documents. A cancelled application remains in this filing-period count. A status such as Released does not tell you that construction has finished or how many homes will become available.

Include applieddate on or after 2026-07-27 and before 2026-10-25, using the source's calendar-date fields. Group by communitycode, communityname and statuscurrent. This is the current recorded status of those filings at retrieval, not the status each application had on its filing date.
Geography uses the exact municipal assigned community codes BLN, BRD, BOW and CRA and their matched names. No new point-in-polygon classification is applied. A permit can describe multiple locations or changes; the assigned code is not a count of every affected property. Bridgeland/Riverside is the combined official name. Do not substitute this record population for active residential listing inventory.
Methodology: calgary-assigned-community-application-status-v1. Check source revision before and after the aggregate queries; reject a changed source. Require present, unique permit identifiers within the selected population and reconcile grouped totals with a separate source count. Preserve unknown status separately. Require a source update within seven days for this capture. The grouped source response's canonical JSON SHA-256 is d636208dc39a04b1510012a2ce63788d294e86a564adba8fd4534634cf07ecfd. No applicant, address or individual application record is included in these downloads.
This edition is frozen. The live dataset and application statuses can change after retrieval, so a later query may return different figures. A repeated observation needs its own source date and edition. This single snapshot does not establish a development trend, a status-change history, future housing supply, investment returns or an area-wide impact on a specific property.
