There isn't one month that is automatically best for every seller. Seasonality is real, but so are inventory, competition, buyer demand and your own plans — and those can easily outweigh the month.
If a lot of similar homes are competing with yours, buyers have more choice and less urgency. Lower inventory can make your property considerably more noticeable — which is often what makes a quieter month a better one than the crowded spring.
Strong buyer activity can matter far more than the month on the calendar. Look at:
